In 2005 there were 23.2 million Americans who needed treatment for substance abuse.  Sadly, only about 10% received the treatment they needed.

A High Price to Pay

Substance abuse costs our economy over $300 billion every year.  This staggering number represents a major epidemic. Research has found that for every dollar spent on addiction treatment seven dollars are saved in costs to society.  In other words, every dollar spent on the treatment of addiction has a significant impact on our economy.

Yet, today there is hope. That hope is called Recovery For The City.  The importance of the work being done by this program has been greatly noticed as business and government leaders are waking up to the economic impact of helping people recover through this program.

Recovery For The City is a leader in the provision of safe places, educational materials and treatment for individuals and families struggling with the challenges of addictions and compulsive behaviors. Every day this program brings new hope, healing and the opportunity for life-change to those who dedicate themselves to finding the freedom they are so desperately seeking.
